Nissan Al Masood lifts championship after beating W H Abu Dhabi Gymkhana by 6 wickets and 3 over to spare. New champion Nissan Al Masood hero was all rounder Razik Khan. He scored 78 runs in 43 balls and took 2 wickets for 20 runs. WH Abu Dhabi Gymkhana most favorite to lift the tournament failed to lift prestigious tournament.
Batting First W H Gymkhana posted 157 runs in 20 over.Irfan Haider 16 and Saqib Shah 19 started well before Razik Khan and Mohd. Usman picking up wickets. Middle order crumbled to them as Razik 2 for 20 and Mohd. Usman 3 for 30 bowled well. Though Asim Khursheed 49 runs in 33 balls including 2 sixes and 4 fours and Mohd Shafiq 30 runs was good enough to raised W H Gymkhana score.
In reply it was all over Razik Khan, his quick fire 78 runs in just 43 balls stun the former champions WH Abu Dhabi Gymkhana. He hit 6 towering sixes and 7 superb fours to helped Nissan Al Masood to march on winning road. His batting was title winner as they reached target in 17th over. W H Abu Dhabi Gymkhana strong bowling line up has no clue to restrict them winning.
